PURCHASE AND DELIVERY TERMS

Boom Watch Company AB (559060-6603) conducts business for BOOM Watches.

To shop at BOOM Watches you must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, the purchase must be approved by a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to cancel orders from anyone giving personal information that is incorrect and from those who have a record of payment default.

Information about prices or products may be subject to or changed by typing errors, force majeure, increase in price from suppliers, or if the item has sold out. All prices include a VAT (value added tax) of 25 %.

1. DELIVERY DATE

Items are usually dispatched within two to five working days after the order is placed. In case of a delay in delivery, you will be informed within four days after the purchase. If we fail to deliver in time, you have the right to cancel your order.

2. CONFIRMATION

After receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email to the email entered in your order. It is important that you check that everything in the order confirmation is correct. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@boomwatches.com watches if you have any questions about the order confirmation.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order is ready for delivery or if it has already been sent, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS

In the event of purchase, we reserve the right to check the creditworthiness of the customer through Klarna AB. This information will not affect your creditworthiness in any way and can be seen only by Klarna. We check creditworthiness only if you choose to pay through invoice – it is not checked if you pay with a credit or debit card. If you have already paid and wish to cancel a purchase, and it is done correctly, we give you the money back within 30 days. We have two payment options for you to choose from:

Klarna invoice – pay within 14 days. If you choose this method, the invoice is sent together with the ordered goods. Payment should be received within 14 days from the date on the invoice.

Card – pay the full amount with credit or debit card.

Payment through card and information on your card is handled by Dibs (www.dibs.se) to guarantee a safe and swift payment. At the moment, we accept only VISA and MasterCard.  No extra fee is charged when paying with bank or credit card. After choosing card as the payment method, you will be redirected to a safe webpage for card payment at Dibs. Once there you choose card type, then you type your card number, date of expiration and security code (CVV) and the name of the card holder. The information is checked for accuracy and your card is checked for coverage. The sum is reserved on your account until the goods have been sent from BOOM Watches. Then, and not before, the reserved sum is charged from your account and transferred through Dibs to BOOM Watches. Dibs meets the requirements for PCI-DSS.

 

4. FREIGHT AND DELIVERY

All offers are shipped for free. Goods are sent to your mailbox at home. Large packages (too large for the mailbox) or deliveries with a value of 1 000 SEK or more are sent to a post office close to you.

Once the package is registered at the nearest post office, you will receive a text message that your package has arrived. Because of this you are always required to give us your mobile/cell phone number when you are shop. The post office requires you to show a valid ID, such as driver's license, ID card or passport. Without a valid ID, you cannot pick up your package.

We send all our packages with Postnord, Fedex or UPS. If goods are damaged or lost during transport, BOOM Watch Company AB is financially responsible. However, you must inform our customer service about this within reasonable time (two months). For packages that have not been picked up, a fee will apply of 199 SEK for each delivery. This corresponds to our costs for sending, receiving and managing the return.

If you should wish to return any goods, the financial responsibility lies with you if the merchandise is lost or damaged.

5. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

Customers at BOOM Watches have the right to withdraw the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. This right only applies if the watches have not been used. Please note that it must be returned in the same package it was delivered in.

You need to get in touch with our customer service through the form on our website within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Always do this before returning anything. We also ask you to enclose a copy of the order confirmation and/or receipt/invoice since we will need your order number and contact information.

BOOM Watches will not take packages if you send them through cash on delivery or if they have not been confirmed by our customer service.

6. WARRANTY

There is a two-year warranty on all our parts and watches. This warranty comprises errors in manufacturing and/or material within the warranty period. We offer the ability to extend your warranty to three (3) years by registering your watch and/or parts on our website.

The warranty does not include:

Damages caused by inappropriate use

Damages caused by adjustments made by a non-professional

Damages on crown, stem or push buttons

Damages on glass

Damages on straps and links caused by incautious use

Wear and tear or damage due to moisture on leather bands

7. CUSTOMER DIRECTORY

BOOM Watches registers the information about our customers in a directory, to be able to deliver the ordered products and follow up on warranties. The information registered could also be used for distribution of offers. Note that this directory will not be given to any third party, unless it is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. Hence the directory is intended for use exclusively by BOOM Watches.

The directory is handled according to what is prescribed in the Personal Data Act. Please contact our customer service if you wish to see the information about you that is saved in our directory.

8. DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EU

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. BOOM Watches ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your charges may be. If any such additional charges occur, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. The customer is responsible for any return shipments due to cancelled orders, faulty products or any other reason to return goods to Sweden.

9. SECURITY

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) - a protocol for safe data transfer via the internet or other networks. The SSL-protocol processes data in various ways and encrypts (scrambles) the information.

10. DISPUTE

In the event of a dispute, BOOM Watches will follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumers Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).
